About Our Company

I have been building, repairing and upgrading PC's for the past 15 years. For the past five years, friends, family and co-workers have been pressuring me to get into this business. After hearing all the horror stories of people going to these big chain stores and the quality of service being given, not to mention the cost! I decided to start offering my services by starting and incorporating (MY Long Island Personal Computer) MYLIPC.COM.

    We respect our customers. All our pricing is up front. We don't try to charge you for what you don't want or need. We only install the best free available tools and software upgrades unless otherwise requested. We understand tough times in today's economy and make every effort to present you with the most economical options available. Pick up and delivery is free with our low diagnostics fee. The diagnostics fee is credited towards your final bill.

  • Stand Behind The Product

    Upon completion of the repairs we deliver you PC to your home. If you desire we will reinstall your unit, boot it up, and wait while you review it's performance. We don't believe in running out after the sale. We would like our customers to have a long and trusting relationship with our company. We'll spend the extra time to build that trust.
